Please note that we’re unable to make any adjustments or cancellations to your order after the status has been changed to "shipped."

Once shipped, orders arrive within 2-10 business days from the day of ordering depending on what courier you select upon checkout. Business days include Monday-Friday only, no weekends, and no national holidays.

Please double-check billing & shipping information because incorrect information may cause shipping delays and additional charges.

Additional Shipping Charges

There will be an extra fee for any shipments that are returned to us due to incorrect address information or refusal upon delivery. When making any form of return, shipping, and handling fees are not refundable.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may happen during Holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays. Please note that weekends and holidays do not qualify as business days and should be taken into account when estimating shipment times. Sales Tax

Infinite Lengths is required by law to collect sales tax in accordance with each state’s respective sales tax laws. When you check out, the applicable fees will be added to your order’s total and shown on your final order confirmation.

Returns & Exchange

Exchange Policy

Our Exchange policy lasts for only 15 days. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 15 days have passed since your purchase.

Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. 

Please note that there are some products that cannot be returned. Bundles, Wigs, Closures & Frontals, and Tape-Ins & Clip-Ins cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.

Returned items that are included in the “products that cannot be returned and Other non-refundable products” will not be refunded as per policy. 

Only partial refunds are given in some circumstances (where applicable).

  • Any item that is damaged, defective, or missing parts for causes other than our error.
  • Any product returned after 15 days from delivery

Wearing a wig cap before applying a wig can potentially help with a head that sweats a lot. Wig caps are typically made from breathable materials that can help absorb sweat and create a barrier between your scalp and the wig.

How should my wig be maintained?

Do I need to have more than one hair solution (wig, bundles etc…)?

Absolutely! If worn less frequently, your hair products can last longer, but wearing them more often can damage them that’s why having more than one is ideal. One can be washed and dried in the air while you wear the other. 

If you own human hair or heat-friendly synthetic hair, you can wear two different styles—one straight and one curly—to lessen your stress.

Can I straighten or curl my wig?

You can curl or straighten all our hair solutions that are made from raw human hair just like your own hair.

Can my wig be dyed?

Our products that are made from human hair can be colored just like your own hair.

For our synthetic hair solutions products, they can't be colored because they can't absorb hair dyes the same as our human hair products.

How to properly store a wig and other hair solutions to retain its quality?

It's best to use a mannequin or wig stand. It will help in maintaining the shape and prevent tangling of the hair.

Can I take a shower or swim in my wig?

We do not advise doing this. It could overwork the hair and cause tangles. Salt and pool chemicals can also harm hair and alter its color.
